    Keeping a journal. Even if it is just writing down your thoughts and feelings at the end of the day. This gives such clarity of mind and allows you to track yourself better when you read older entries. I have recently started doing a Daily Stoic journal in the morning and evening. It also helps me to kind of empty my mind of all my thoughts on to paper and have a clear head before going to bed. I find it is like going to therapy even though you aren’t actually talking to anyone (except yourself I suppose). There are some other daily rituals I could recommend but I am still working on some of them myself so I won’t.
